Wehrspann Winds? 6 Months ago  
Is it always windy on top of the dam at Wehrspann Lake?

We've been across it 3 (or was it 4) times, and every time had strong wind coming off the lake. Once off the dam the winds weren't bad. Today was the worst.

Maybe we are unlucky there...
